Our bespoke building design service is structured into three comprehensive and inclusive stages for the most efficient and seamless experience possible. Our 3-step building design process has been developed to provide a professional outcome through unique design and detailed documentation. At Sewell Design we will place you, the client, at the forefront of the design process to ensure your design brief is met with a thorough and considered approach.

In Stage 1 we will work alongside you, exploring a number of design concepts and ideas to find a perfect solution for your project. In Stage 2, we will refine the concept and hone in on the finer details of the design. The third and final stage involves the production of detailed and precise drawings suitable for local authority submission and evaluation.
